Overview
iClueless for the iPhone and iPod Touch puts the world’s information at your fingertips, empowering you to search for anything that you need information on whether it’s the closest business entity, latest sports score, weather, information on a person of importance and much more.

How it works
Simply type your query in the text field at the top of the screen and then tap on one of the search engines/website icons below.

Search results
By default, we display the search results of the mobile web page version of the search engine or website. We do this because the mobile web page version is optimized for mobile devices and will load faster over the edge network that the iPhone uses and lightning fast over Wi-Fi on the iPhone and iPod touch. However, if you want to search the full or actual web pages, you can change this by clicking the right icon in the search text field and selecting “Full Webpage”

Browsing through search engines and websites
iClueless comes with many search engines/website listings. We only display 12 at once. To access the others, simply press the right or left arrows on the screen.

Location Based searching
Some searches such as businesses, movies and weather require us to know your location and thus you will need to enter your city or zip code. If you live in the U.S., please enter your zip code for more accurate results. To set your location, please select the left icon in the search text field and then select the “Change Location” link.

Special Search Cases

Default Websites
For most of the search engines/websites listed, if you do not enter a search query and just simply select the icon, it will take you to the default website.

Movies
Once you have set your location in settings, if you select the Movies icon without any search entry, it will display all the theaters in your area along with all the movies playing in those theaters.

Weather
Once you have set your location in settings, you don’t need to enter your zip code or city any time you want to get the latest weather. Simply touch the weather icon and you will be taken to weather.com with the weather of your city.

1. Description of Service. iClueless is a free, Search Portal application from Efiko Software (the "Service"). You understand and agree that the Service may include content-targeted ads or other related information, as further described below and in the iClueless Privacy Policy. In addition, you understand and agree that the Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. Efiko Software disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the Service. Efiko Software also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

2. Personal Use. The Service is made available to you for your personal use only. Due to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (which is available at http://www.ftc.gov/ogc/coppa1.htm), you must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use this Service.

3. Proper Use. You agree that you are responsible for your own communications and search results and for any consequences thereof.

4. Content of the Service. Efiko Software takes no responsibility for third party content (including, without limitation, any viruses or other disabling features), nor does Efiko Software have any obligation to monitor such third party content. The Logos and content of the third parties are the property of these third parties.

5. Intellectual Property Rights. Efiko Software's Intellectual Property Rights. You acknowledge that Efiko Software owns all right, title and interest in and to the Service, including without limitation all intellectual property rights (the "Efiko Software Rights"), and such Efiko Software Rights are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Accordingly, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, or create derivative works from the Service. You also agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automated device, or manual process to monitor or copy any content from the Service. The Efiko Software Rights include rights to (i) the Service developed and provided by Efiko Software; and (ii) all software associated with the Service. The Efiko Software Rights do not include third-party content used as part of Service, including the content of communications appearing on the Service.

Your Intellectual Property Rights. Efiko Software does not claim any ownership in any of the content, including any text, data, information, images, photographs, music, sound, video, or other material, that you transmit or are presented to you. We will not use any of your content or search entries for any purpose except to provide you with the Service.

6. Representations and Warranties. You represent and warrant that (a) all of the information provided by you to Efiko Software to participate in the Services is correct and current; and (b) you have all necessary right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the acts required of you hereunder.

7. Privacy. As a condition to using the Service, you agree to the terms of the iClueless Privacy Policy as it may be updated from time to time. Efiko Software understands that privacy is important to you. You do, however, agree that Efiko Software may monitor, edit or disclose your personal information, including the content of your searches, if required to do so in order to comply with any valid legal process or governmental request (such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order), or as otherwise provided in these Terms of Use and the iClueless Privacy Policy. Personal information collected by Efiko Software may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Efiko Software Inc. or its agents maintain facilities. By using iClueless, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country.

8. Advertisements. As consideration for using the Service, you agree and understand that Efiko Software will display ads and other information adjacent to and related to the content of your search. iClueless serves relevant ads using a completely automated process that enables Efiko Software to effectively target dynamically changing content, such as search entries. No human will read the content of your search in order to target such advertisements or other information without your consent, and no search content or other personally identifiable information will be provided to advertisers as part of the Service.

9. Termination; Cancellation. You may cancel your use of the Services and/or terminate this Agreement with or without cause at any time.

10. Indemnification. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Efiko Software, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any third party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, Efiko Software will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action.

11. Choice of Law; Jurisdiction. These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. Any claims, legal proceeding or litigation arising in connection with the Service will be brought solely in Kansas City, Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts

Personal information

•* iClueless stores, processes and maintains your search entries, and other data related to your search entries in order to provide the service to you. •

When you use iClueless, Efiko Software’s servers automatically record certain information about your use of iClueless. Similar to other web services, Efiko Software records information such as data displayed or clicked on (including UI elements, ads, links); and other log information (including browser type, IP-address, date and time of access, cookie ID, and referrer URL).

Uses

• Efiko Software maintains and processes your iClueless searches and its contents to provide the IClueless service to you and to improve our services. The iClueless service includes relevant advertising and related links based on the IP address, content of searches and other information related to your use of iClueless.

• Efiko Software's computers process the information in your messages for various purposes, including formatting and displaying the information to you, delivering advertisements and related links, and other purposes relating to offering you iClueless.

Information sharing and onward transfer

•We provide advertisers only aggregated non-personal information such as the number of times one of their ads was clicked. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties.
